Refund policy
At Slide, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality products. If you experience any issues with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you.
We offer a 3-day return and refund window starting from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Refund:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details and clear evidence (such as images or videos) of the issue. Once your request is approved, you will be guided through the return process.
Refund Process:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued through bank transfer or digital payment methods such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
Slide reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
